The rooms were tidy and had a nice balcony 😊. the staff here were pretty good and really paid attention to our needs.

It was as expected, had a very nice stay as a business trip. The breakfast was fresh made for food ans drinks, with plenty of outstanding options🙂

The hotel was very practical for our visit to Palma, about 15 minute walk to the harbour in a quiet location. The hotel was clean, had a nice bar and breakfast area which is extended outdoors. The staff were always very...  

The room had comfortable twin beds and a balcony, ideal for enjoying the view; the breakfast had a great selection including eggs and sausages.

Fantastic hotel, with the most friendly and helpful staff, impeccably clean, and very welcoming. Felt instantly at home, I would definitely stay here again. Great location and the gardens, pool and outdoor eating areas for breakfast made it feel like an oasis within the city. First class!

The corridors were quite echoey and noise really travelled. Better security in the room, the doors were v flimsy and noise echoed throughout the corridor each time someone openned and closed a door. Better security and poss a chain on the inside of the door would be a good addition.

Helpfulness of staff,cleanliness and good service

The staff was really helpful and around most of the time. Everything was very good, the room was comfortable, quiet, and nicely decorated. - the hotel's location was central, close to the old town of Palma which we walked to.

Reasonably priced. Rooms basic, but large with a decent sized balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Does need updating slightly i.e hairdryer in bathroom very old and not very powerful. Had to pay to use safety deposit box in the room.

The location and hotel size was ideal - family run is in evidence. I totally enjoyed the visit and would return. The breakfast was very good. The pool area and gardens are terrific and my room was fine.

I did think that the reception staff could be friendlier - just the odd comment or two in terms of if guests were enjoying themselves and was there anything they could do to assist guests.

The room with a balcony was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, the location was quiet and perfect for exploring a Gothic-style castle and it was close to sightseeing and a beautiful promenade.

the location was good, on the end of Palma, but it had the feel of a country location due to the gardens leading to the entrance. The outside area was peaceful enabling relaxing dining for all meals. The staff were forever present but not intrusive, and they all had a pleasant and pleasing manner. The area was quiet and residential. We would certainly return.

The location meant a 15 - 20 minute walk into Palma which might be too much for some people in the height of summer, but we found it pleasant.

We received a warm welcome and the restaurant staff were particularly helpful and fun. IT was not too far from the city centre and nicely situated in the older quarter of palma very close to the Castle.

The rooms were lovely although we felt that a third 'cot' bed for an adult was inadequate but understood the space limitations for a third bed.The spa did not work which was disappointing.
